Sorry I have been a little MIA lately... we had a baby!
Maxwell Koa Cressler joined us on October 30th and we are so in love!
I am so thankful for my team of coaches for stepping up while my schedule is a little out of whack. A few people have asked me how much time I am taking off and the truth of the matter is, I don't really have a plan in terms of my leave. I have been working a little bit here and there whenever I can and I am still running my monthly challenge groups. However, my priority right now is my family and I am thankful that coaching allows me to unplug a bit during these times of transition.
A few things coming up on THT are:
- 24 Days of Fitmas: December Challenge Group featuring at home workouts, holiday recipes, tips on navigating the holiday season, wellness dynamics and online community. This is perfect for those who want to finish off the year strong vs having the mentality of "I will wait until next year". There is a way to make it all work and add in some self care during this hectic season! Try not postponing your health goals until January, for a change!
- Post Thanksgiving 3 Day Refresh Group. This is a reset featuring plant based meals, superfoods shakes and a fiber sweep that ensure your body with the proper nutrition while detoxing from a long holiday weekend.
