  2. Move your body!

  3. Talk it out with someone you can trust.

  4. Go find someone you can help.

  5. Have a 5 minute pity party and then move on.

  6. Make a list of things that make you happy and or that you are grateful for.

  7. Meditate

  8. Set a 20 minute timer.

  9. Check something off from your self-care list.

  10. Choose your thoughts around the emotion, don’t fuel it with negative thoughts! Get honest with yourself.
