Other than having to deal with my pregnancy symptoms and not being able to drink my energize before my workouts (since it's highly caffeinated), I am LOVING this program. Don't get me wrong, it's not easy. I just really love how convenient it is. 22 minutes go by so FAST and I am drenched at the end of every one of these workouts. 

I remember last year when I tried my first program (21 day fix) and I could not even complete 10 burpees without having to start modifying. I can do up to 70 burpees at the pace of these military rockstars these days. Whoa. It's so humbling to see where my body has taken me and how actually taking care of myself has impacted my body and most importantly, my mind. I feel STRONG. 

The program has a set of cardio workouts and a set of resistance workouts. For me, the resistance workouts are more challenging since they incorporate weights. You can modify all of the exercises and I have been encouraging my challengers to not worry if they can't keep up with the speed of the reps. Form is important so as long as you keep moving, it works!

I am not sure how the next 4 weeks of this program are going to look for me in terms of progress as I am going to be entering my second trimester here soon, but I fully intend on finishing it. 

John has also really enjoyed this workout program (he said it's his favorite from all of the ones he's tried) so I definitely would recommend it to other couples and men in general. It's a very fairly priced program considering it's 2 months. Let me know if you want to try it and hop on board with us in April. Like I always say, if i can, so can you! We all have the same 24 hours in one day.
