Simple and basic reminder today...

Habits (also known as daily rituals) area what determine and give your life direction. If you are not comfortable with where you are at in certain areas of your life, take a minute to explore the habits or rituals that surround those areas.

What habits surround your nutrition? Your relationships? Your hobbies? Perhaps it's time to spend some time meal prepping and pack your lunches, or time to finally put date night on the books at least once a month, or time to take a couple of hours every Saturday to pickup that dusted guitar that has been sitting in your living room. 

If you want to change your life, you have to change things that you do daily (or regularly). 

It's never too late to start!
